I'll kick things off....
Yesterday I PayPalled $15.64 (the odd amount gives me a round balance) to The Baobab Home in Tanzania, an organization that started out as an orphanage but has grown organically to address other child poverty issues - http://www.tzkids.org.
Today I went in search of a homeless person to give $5 to (WAY more than I usually fork over), and only came across a few unconvincing characters looking to fleece tourists in pursuit of their alcohol habit. Oh the joys of living in midtown Manhattan. It got me thinking about maybe putting together a little care package (new socks, breath mints, cereal bars, $1, etc) instead. I've got 5 hours left to the day to figure it out.
I have plans to sew for http://www.goods4girl.org, send money to http://www.feedvillages.comand http://www.thaifreedomhouse.org, microlend through http://www.kiva.org, and send at least $300 worth of manufacturers coupons to military families in Okinawa (deliberately picked an expensive country for Americans) though http://www.ocpnet.org.
